Events
The Energy Science Center (ESC) promotes an interdisciplinary approach to energy issues to provide a comprehensive view of current research and development. Its outreach includes organising and supporting events that encourage dialogue on energy science between academia, students, industry, policymakers, and the public. The ESC collaborates with energy‑related associations, runs workshops with industry partners, and represents ETH Zurich in energy matters to policymakers and institutions.
The Energy Week @ ETH provides an annual platform for exchange among academic and industrial professionals, policy makers, students and the public. The event features various formats such as a symposium, Focuse Dialogues, networking events, and more.
The Energy Now! accelerator programme is designed for students to come up with sophisticated, science-based solutions to energy industry-based problems throughout Switzerland. Energy Now! is an ETH Zurich Initiative by the Energy Science Center (ESC).
