3 New Members for the ESC Managing Board
Today, during the ESC yearly general assembly that took place at ETH Zurich, the ESC managing board was updated.
We are glad to welcome 3 new board members: Prof. Gabriela Hug, Professor of Electric Power Systems (D-ITET), Prof. Volker Hoffmann, Professor for Sustainability and Technology (D-MTEC) and Prof. Robert Boes, Professor of Hydraulic Engineering and Director of the Laboratory for Hydraulics, Hydrology and Glaciology (D-BAUG).
The Managing Board consists now of 7 members, the three above plus Prof. Reza Abhari, Prof. Jan Carmeliet, Prof. Massimo Filippini, and Prof. Marco Mazzotti, who were already members.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank wholeheartedly Prof. Göran Andersson, on the occasion of his retirement from the ESC Board, for his contributions to the ESC as member of the ESC board since 2005, as directory of study for the Master in Energy Science and Technology, and as scientific advisor of FEN.
