ESC welcomes Prof. Guillén Gosálbez as new member
The ESC is very happy to welcome Prof. Gonzalo Guillén Gosálbez as its newest member. In February 2019, Prof. Guillén Gosálbez started as Associate Professor of Chemical Systems Engineering at the Institute for Chemical and Bioengineering.
After having spent time as Reader at Imperial College London, Prof. Guillén Gosálbez' research interests at ETH Zurich focus on the nexus of chemical engineering, operations research and environmental technology. By mathematical means, Guillén Gosálbez and his team develop computer-assisted decision-making tools that are used to understand, analyse and optimise sustainable practices.
