Congratulations to Johanna Vorwerk for Best Presentation Award
The Energy Science Center congratulates Johanna Vorwerk on receiving the Best Presentation Award in the seminar “Frontiers in Energy Research”.
Johanna Vorwerk is a PhD candidate in the Power Systems Laboratory of ESC member Professor Gabriela Hug at the Department of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering (D-ITET). For her presentation on May 4, 2021, entitled “Fast demand response in modern power systems”, Johanna was awarded the prize of best presentation by her peers.
Frontiers in Energy Research is a series of lectures given by PhD students for PhD students of their energy-related research work. It aims to disseminate knowledge of ETH Zurich energy-related research activities throughout the research community whilst providing doctoral students with an opportunity to present and discuss their research activity to the broader ETH community.
