Clarivate’s list of Highly Cited Researchers

Each year, Clarivate identifies researchers and social scientists worldwide who have made a significant and far-reaching impact in their field(s) of research. All selected researchers have authored multiple highly cited scientific papers. The papers have been published in the Web of Science in the last ten years and have received the most citations (top 1%) when compared to peer papers. The list based on citation activity is refined by a qualitative analysis and expert judgement to determine community-wide recognition.
